“Front desk staff at check in were not friendly. The room was great except the a/c wasn’t working very well was told that a/c shuts off if no movement and since I sleep very still I kept waking up in a sweat and the pillows were old and flat. Called front desk and was told there was nothing she could do. Breakfast was underwhelming reminded me of sub par La Quinta or holiday inn breakfast. Will not be staying here again if I can avoid it.”

“An update to the furnishings in the room is needed. Even the public areas are showing their age. This used to be the nicest hotel in the area and Embassy has turned its head on updating the property. Unfortunate because a little focus on keeping it up to date would bring it back to what it used to be. Breakfast service was the highlight of the week's stay.”
