“Waffle iron that was great, coffee that was good. I went back to my room to eat. The only reason I rated the overall 4 was the bathroom cleanliness and the room floor that was all vinyl flooring. If it was mopped clean prior everything would have been a 5. Thanks for a great stay! ”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas. A really beautiful hotel. Really liked my room. I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable. They were all very helpful and kind to me. I miss you all very much. Ross with the cars outside made me feel very welcome. A really kind gentleman. Philip from the concierge was so kind and friendly. Janet in the shop was a really lovely person. A wonderful place to stay. Very close to Downtown and the train station....
