“The place is new and clean. Spacious rooms and nice layout. Perfect for family or friend groups. Easy parking. Great kitchen with all we needed. A lot of nice little touches like detergent, shampoo, dishwasher pods etc. The living room had a comfortable sofa, perfect place to relaxe and the outdoor area was also very nice. Highly recommend Hamilton Place.”

“We unfortunately did not enjoy our weekend here, despite having high-hopes. The check-in instructions were only sent to me one, days ahead of my stay, via email, despite multiple emails and texts offering up-charge options like early check-in. There was in fact two parking lots, not just one, which led me to enter the wrong unit, which for some reason, had the same code as mine. When I contacted the property host, they were adamant I was not in the wrong unit, and couldn’t have accessed someone...

“The odor was awful. It truly smelled like a chemical toilet. We could not stay there. The location indicated it was close to downtown and stated it was “steps” from Front Street. It was, but nowhere near the Front St downtown. I guess being unaware off the area is on me. I would never recommend. Disappointed in VRBO. ”

“Hosts were very accommodating and available for questions when needed. The trails right outside the house were great for last minute morning or evening walks. The location is perfect for getting anywhere around TC including the east and west bay sides and Mission Peninsula of course!”
