“The management was terrible and disrespectful. I had a two night stay. They even deactivated my key after the first day and gave another customer two keys to my room. I told management about the poor customer but they did nothing for me. False advertisement and don’t stay here!!!”

“The place is new and clean. Spacious rooms and nice layout. Perfect for family or friend groups. Easy parking. Great kitchen with all we needed. A lot of nice little touches like detergent, shampoo, dishwasher pods etc. The living room had a comfortable sofa, perfect place to relaxe and the outdoor area was also very nice. Highly recommend Hamilton Place.”

“The bay view was wonderful and the atmosphere was great! However, the bugs were awful. There were spiders crawling onto our beds, all over the walls and jumping ones in the bathrooms. The breakfast options were underwhelming and the main doors wouldn’t shut all the way. For the price paid, the only thing worth it was the view unfortunately. There was little staffing to ask questions, not enough lobby carts and rarely any house keeping.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I understand that issues can happen, but the overall cleanliness and condition of this room fell well below what should be considered acceptable. When I arrived, the bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the pillowcases and towels were stained. Those are basic housekeeping standards that should never be overlooked.
