“I booked this room for my daughter. When she arrived, it was late, after a long and already frustrating day. When she pulled back the covers on her bed she found hair all in the bed. She stated there were also bugs in the room. When she tried to address with the staff, she was told repeatedly, through the interpretations of the staff member's children, that they had cleaned the room. No new bedding, apologies, or refund was offered. She slept on top of the comforter and had nightmares. We...

“A surprise 😮. Right in Main St. You can walk to everything. Room was clean, updated and spacious. Adequate for a quick 2 day visit to the mountains. Affordable, too.”

“Front door was locked when I arrived to check in they didn’t use the night check-in window. Had to knock on the door and wait for somebody to walk around and unlock the door to fill in to check in. Shower didn’t work had to return to the hotel after leaving in the morning to complain, because the front door was still locked,and they basically laughed at me”

“The parking lot was packed, I had to walk far with bags and then walk back out to car to put a paper parking pass on the dash. This was a bit antiquated. The room smelled like mildew as soon as I opened the door, and the remote for the TV was sticky and felt gross. I would not stay there again.”

“If you’re staying here, it’s strictly for the location. Check in was easy and done through an app. It’s very quiet, but the AC wasn’t working very well. We woke up sweating even though it was set at 61 degrees. There are no amenities, no ice machine or water refill station. They didn’t include the Wi-Fi password in the information sheet. It’s hard to watch TV from where it’s mounted. I wouldn’t stay here again.”
