“Room was ok but no exhaust fan in bathroom. And all I heard all through the night was traffic. Room is close to the highway!! All I heard was engines reeving up the highway!!! You also need bananas during breakfast!!”

“I found most of the reception staff to be helpful; however, my overall experience was disappointing. The check-in process was significantly delayed. I arrived around 1:30am after traveling, and unfortunately, the room keys did not work. Being unable to access my room for nearly an hour after a long journey was quite frustrating. I was also dissatisfied with the housekeeping. The service felt minimal—beds were made with what seemed like the same sheets, and surfaces were not wiped down. I...
