“Comoda struttura per chi è di passaggio a Charlotte. Camere pulitissime, servizio di cambio biancheria giornaliero, buona colazione al tavolo anche con piatti caldi. Personale gentilissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo. ”

“Clean and modern hotel with daily complimentary breakfast and free parking. We checked in with no problem. Our room was on the first floor near the stairs and an exit door. We could hear the exit door slamming frequently during very early morning hours and late at night which was very disruptive to our sleep during our three-night stay. There was other random noise...loud footsteps on the floor above and banging of some sort next to our room. After the first night, we requested a room...

“Stayed here just for the night after a wedding and it was pretty nice. The free breakfast was immaculately presented and maintained by the two ladies working there. My only complaint is that when we needed water the night before, there were no complimentary bottles which I can't recall ever experiencing at another hotel. We were told we had to buy water that they were selling.”

“Pool was closed hotel was under renovations breakfast was not good at all and area staff was super rude. Hours for buffet was Sat and Sunday 6am to 9:30 be there by 9 or staff won’t help. Monday or week holiday buffet is closed at 9. Not good service at all. Didn’t feel safe and room are falling apart. Should not be on Expedia site.”
