“There was no hot water. Contact phone number was disconnected so there was nothing we could do about it. I assume the large house next to the rental was the owner so I knocked and rang, but no one answered. The microwave was pretty dirty inside. It had everything we need for almost a two week stay and felt like a home away from home. Also very conveniently located, everything in Redding just less than a 10 minute drive in any direction.
