Hotel a Valley Mills

“Employees made our three day's feel uncomfortable and very unwelcomed. Day and night staff are very rude. Over half the time both room keys didnt work. My son had a seizure the first night there. The hotel had no wheelchair to take him out on and the female employee had no care and just went and sat down. I have to move him from the second floor on the luggage cart :( I will Never stay at this place again!!!!!”

“The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked like a boss. We got in super late (2:00 am) - hallway was very nice and quiet so we could get much needed sleep. Would def stay here again. :)”

“I made my reservation 2 weeks before my intended stay because I was going to be staying due to work scheduling. When I arrived at the hotel at 2:30am after my 12 hour shift at the animal ER I was informed that there was not a room available for me. The front desk worker was very kind and apologetic about the situation. I do not blame him for the poor management, it clearly wasn’t his fault. He did do his best to find me some kind of accommodation though. I called 6 other hotels in town and all...

“Staff was friendly and helpful, right from check-in to check-out. Rooms were clean, pool was nice and clean as well. The included breakfast was great, with a variety of options for the family to enjoy. Overall I am very pleased with our stay here, and would recommend other travelers to give this place a look when in Waco.”

“First room asssigned the aC was not working but we persevered the first night due to exhaustion and believing it just needed time. The next morning I called front desk and reported they stated they had no maintenance on deck and she could move me immediately, which she did within 10 mins. So outside of the first night the resolution turnaround was fantastic wish I would have noticed the AC when I checked in but we were out preparing for graduation the following morning.
