“Airport shuttle was excellent - both pick-up and drop-off at airport. Room was immaculate and modern. Staff was professional, courteous and provided excellent service. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. Very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend this property.”

“The breakfast was more than what we expected which was nice. The hot tub was green water and foamy. But there was a lot of kids staying there while we were and it just defiantly needed more maintenance/shock. The sheets and pillow cases had some stains. Otherwise the staff were kind and the spaces were kept clean and tidy. The gym felt like a sauna and needed more air flow or AC. Location was great being so close to a skytrain station!”

“For an executive king bed room there was only one armchair which was uncomfortable. The bedside plugs on on one side did not work….multiple visits from housekeeping before a big enough extension cord was found. There were no glass - only plastic cups. Wasn’t happy”

“Basic hotel, poor conditions of room and its contets. Shower has no haging points, shower head does not work well, no vetilation, kitchen tools are old, A/C is right on the bed's level hence could not be used during the night in hot weather as it freeses the occupants and it is very noisy.”

“Cleaning staff having full on conversations right outside my room at 7:30am. Loud, and rude. ”

“Great little hotel. Themed rooms. Continental breakfast offered. Only issue was ran out of hot water in the shower due to overuse and had to wait for the tank to heat up again. Otherwise would have given 5*.”

“Poco distante dall’aeroporto ed è comodo per raggiungere Vancouver city, è una bella struttura che si sviluppa in orizzontale, con tanto parcheggio e anche un po’ di spazio verde. Le camere sono moderne anche se un po’ piccole rispetto alla media canadese.”

“We had a great trip. We had a flight leaving later in the day they helped us with late check out and then stored our bags until we came back to head to the air port. ”

“Arrived on a late flight and had to deal with a clumsy delayed check in process. We were assigned probably the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in - right beside the elevator. The elevator noise transferred into the room something terrible. The room is definitely not sound proofed. Was too tired to go back to the desk and fight for another room. Was up at 5:00 AM to catch early morning flight - so basically no sleep was had. If I’d know all of this I’d have chosen another hotel. ”
