“The outlets for charging devices didn't work. The tub stopper did nit work. The receptionist who checked the us in was unhelpful. The room had a dank smell.”

“Dirty shower. Room smelled dirty. Shower did not drain.”

“We had to change our room three times! Two of them smelled of smoke. One room didn't have the lights working. Internet was disconnecting so often and the breakfast was horrible! I am sorry to say that but if you travel with your family you can't accept so poor conditions... At the desk the young lady was anyway ok giving us the chance to change rooms but she seemed habit to do so...”

“Upon arrival it seemed ok. Upon check out my opinion was vastly different. Entered our room and the shower still had hair in it. Moved on. Floors were not well kept. Bed sheets stained and the best part! We had company. All our Ants came to visit. The uncles must have stayed home. Fortunately the time spent in the room was minimal and we had no other options given the time but will not stay again.”
