“Breakfast was not available at the time they stated-- parking lot was not as secure as they make it sound when we arrived at 130 am there were some suspicious people in the lot when we told front desk they said it's a police problem and they don't get involved the front desk was rude when asked about the additional $100 charge for room damage deposit they stated it will be returned in a week after we inspect the room I reccomend staying somewhere else ”

“Parking lot felt safe”

“We arrived very late (or rather very early in the morning) so there may not have been many rooms left but we were at the end of the building nearest I-81 and there was a lot of road noise, which prevented deep sleep. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, they are pet friendly though we did not have pets. There was a nice looking breakfast the next morning: waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, toasts and muffins. For the price it was good, if we stayed again we’d request a room...
