“Great location. Rooms were very clean. Appreciate the concern of manager regarding how our breakfast was. Very helpful when our keys did not work. Will gladly stay here again.”

“The breakfast was horrible, they just recycled the sausage links for the week, by Friday they were dry and shriveled up. The weird egg patties were dry and gritty, like they were powdered with not enough water added. The "fitness center" was a joke. 3 machines one was broken. I walked out to a homeless guy sleeping in a chair in the hallway. It smelled musty like stale smoke. There was a tornado warning with the sirens going off and the news was saying to take cover for that area, the staff was...

“Dirty! Smashed/smeared spider on the wall, missing outlet covers, broken drywall, hot/humid in the lobby (so bad there was condensation on everything), no ice machines (you have to ask front desk who has a bag of ice THEY reach in and get your ice for you), only 4 bagels set out for breakfast (for the only 4 people who were staying - me, my bf, and 2 of our friends), they couldn’t put our rooms together even though we were the only ones there, the beds were so hard I might as well have slept on...

“No where did it mention there was construction. I was put in a room with blind parts still in the couch, drywall dust and spackling all over, not one towel bar hanger or toilet paper holder, tv didn’t work….disgusting. When I spoke with the manager about some kind of refund, he offered $20 (of the $167), but then because I booked through a third party, I’d have to call them. He said “the construction is listed in the small print”, which I’ve since canvassed and can find NO WHERE. Not impressed.”

“I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!”
