Hotel a Waterloo

“Satisfactory for an overnight stay.”

“Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated.”

“This property is definately not as described. The railings had layers of rust. The pool was green. My room was not only dated but the mirrors were smeared and the pillowcases had old yellow stains on them. Not sure where the 8 star reviews are coming from.”

“Was amazed at clean and fresh everything looked. Maids told us they had just went through a remodel. Everything was new.”

“What a perfect stay! Grounds are beautifully kept so there is a view from every room. Rooms have been modernized, plenty of storage, mounted TV, comfortable bed, ect. It was spotless. 7 minutes from shopping centers and restaurants. The highway is right next to it but sound only carried during the day and I am a night shifter so that is the only reason I noticed. It was quiet and I felt safe. Highly recommend. Only critique is the black out curtains did not block much light, I hate to even say...

“Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast.”

“Toilet went from slow flush to no flush overnight. Reported it to front desk and while we were away during the day, maintenance came in and corrected the problem. We had no further issues Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, front desk staff were friendly, breakfast is very nice with fine selection of hot and cold choices. Better than what many hotels offer, including eggs and bacon, plus choice of juices.”

“We got the suite with the little kitchen in a cottage behind the main building. Tiffany happened to catch us as we were getting out of our car that happened to be parked right outside the cottage suite and gave us the key even though we arrived at 1:30 PM, which was great as we had wine to store before heading out for a high tea at The Inn at Little Washington.
