“Had a weird smell inside the room, bathroom floor was dirty, along with the lamp shade had some kind of nasty looking liquid spilled on it. No hand soap to wash your hands with. Looks amazing on the outside just kinda bad inside. For $140 for a one night stay it was not good. ”

“On the good side, as usual, these hotels are always clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. My dislikes were that the ice machine on the second and third floor were not working. The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. ”

“They did a decent job with the updated renovations. Only one trash can in the room and no washcloths. Bed was comfortable.”

“Lobby area was nice enough, but hallways and other common areas were aged. Room was clean and comfortable as far as air conditioning, but severely outdated and needed a facelift, really the whole place aside from the lobby area does. Tub was cracked, sink was cracked, armchair in the room was worn. Shower barely had enough water pressure to make it out of the showerhead. Bathtub fixtures looked like they hadn't been changed out since the 90s. TV Remote had the batteries taped in and had to...

“The pool area was dirty and very run down. The online pictures did not represent the buildings current condition. Also, there was an old pizza crust on the floor in our room when we arrived.”
