The good size double room had a kettle with coffee bags, fan, hairdryer, iron and ironing board plus large TV. The mattress was a bit too firm for our comfort though.”

“We had a terrible experience dealing with the manager of the property. Perhaps the worst manager we ever dealt with. He had problems logging into his system, but all he could tell us was "I cant help you". We had issues with check ins, the room smelled smoky and air ventilation system was broken. “L'hotel si trova in un'area di sosta dell'autostrada. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni senza fermarsi solo a Southampton che dista comunque 10 min di macchina. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, i rumori da fuori si sentono poco e c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Molto comodo anche il mc donald's e lo shop attaccati all'hotel e aperti 24h ( siamo arrivati in hotel alle 3 a.m.). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“This is the 2nd time I've stayed here at The Raven and it certainly won't be the last. The staff are all fantastic, friendly, helpful, and even though they are all busy they are all really cheerful and take time to interact with you. Yes, admittedly the rooms look a little tired and dated, but they are clean, have everything you need and more importantly I sleep like a log here as the bedding is lovely and the beds extremely comfortable.
