“I booked this room months ago and when we got there to check in after an 8 hour drive they didn’t have us listed. We tried to contact hotels.com and they couldn’t help us so my daughter ended up booking a room for us because of the arrival time and we needed sleep. I’d better not have been charged for the stay or I will be finding a phone number and calling.”

“The door to the other side parking lot has big noise when it is closed. So need coreect hinge or closer to improve it”
