“It took us more than 40 minutes to check in. Front desk doesn’t know which rooms have 2 beds and one bed. There was no bedding for sofa bed. Not enough towels for all members.”

“Great hotel, new renovation in progress, so we were warned of construction noise, but our rooms were clean and modern and the TV displayed our names!! Staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was good.”

“This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on...

“I have 2 complaints. 1. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. And 2. There was a sign right at check in that specifically said no parties. There was a couple of rooms on my floor on Saturday that were clearly having a party. There was approximately 10 children and at least that many adults. They were using the pool. My biggest complaint about that was the noise until 3 am.”

“The hotel is undergoing some aesthetic renovations but everything was very clean! The gentleman who checked me in was so kind and accommodating and offered doughnuts because he didn’t want to waste them. I’d highly recommend staying here!”
