“During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag. Overall, I rate this...

“Location is inner city terrible. Drug crazed Homeless people out front. Front desk did not recognize Expedia prepaid room and refused to refund charge made to my credit card. Very shady operation. One look at the hotel lobby (about 100 square feet) and front desk completely behind billet proof glass and you will turn around and leave. Booked 2 rooms. TV in one room did not work, shower in the other room did not work. Park on the street (good luck) or a garage 3 blocks away. ”
