It states the facility is not pet friendly however I booked through a third party as a pet friendly establishment. This caused stress and concern throughout the night. “This hotel reminded me of the Marriott Bonvoy I stayed in, in Detroit, about a month ago, for a show downtown. The staff were so personable, I felt like I was back home, near Detroit. Real, interesting, engaging people who actually talk to their guests, as the same. All I've needed is a clean bed, and a shower, each time, and I got waaaay more out of aloft - BWI.
