“First, the hotel is under renovation and that was not mentioned on the website. Second, the pool was closed due to the renovation. Third, I asked for my room to be cleaned on day 4 and no one ever came. Fourth, my air conditioner froze up. I unplugged it ( I am EPA certified for HVAC). The tech plugged it back in and never repaired it. I had to be relocated to another room. Twice I went down to the lobby for breakfast and the coffee was not made. “When I got to this hotel that I had made a reservation for, they told me that they had no rooms available which caused me to scramble to find another hotel.
