“Asked for a new comforter as ours had hard spots throughout bc it was so old. We were given two sheets. No extra pillows when we requested and breakfast wasn’t the greatest either. Staff was friendly and pool was nice though ”

“They use a room deodorizer that wasn’t pleasant at all. The room was needed a good cleaning. Dirt in the corners and behind the bathroom door. ”

“I had made a reservation and there was only 1 person at the desk. She was on the phone for almost 10 minutes taking a reservation. At no time did she recognize me and she was very chatty with the caller. She should have put the caller on hold and told me she would be with me in a few minutes. To top it off the next morning, a bus was parked right outside the front door. I was unable to wheel my luggage out as he blocked the entire entrance. I asked him to move and he said he would but he was...

“The air stopped working the first night we were there. We didnt realize until the next morning when i called about how to work the thermostat, because we thought we were doing something incorrectly. I made the second reservation as i was told by diane it was being worked on and be resolved soon.”

“The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...

“It was fine. A little tattered around the edges, especially in the bathroom. Front desk clerk seemed surprised to see me. Otherwise, it was a perfectly acceptable interstate stopover for the night”

“The property is very outdated and not somewhere I would choose to stay again. It feels worn, unkempt, and overall not well-maintained. I also didn’t feel it was the safest setup for children, being located right off a major highway with exterior room entrances. While the staff was friendly and accommodating during our late check-in, the overall condition of the property just wasn’t it.”

“Convenient location. Comfortable room and good breakfast. The fitness center needs work. Equipment limited and was broke, TV and water cooler didn’t work! Overall ok stay ”

“This hotel is amazing. This is my 2nd time staying here and I can say this hotel did not disappoint. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Everyone greets with a smile. Lovely place, would stay again. ”
