“I called the morning of check in to ask if I paid at time of arrival or if they needed a card on file and charged upon check out. I spoke with the GM Louis who was extremely rude and disrespectful. He refused to answer my questions and said he has the right to refuse service to anyone and canceled my reservation. Then hung up on me. I was completely baffled by his behavior. I even had him on speaker phone so others heard the way he treated me. They were also in shock. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS...

“The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.”

“Everything was great but the pool is not HEATED, were from Florida and it was 60 my grandsons were disappointed they were unable to swim in a pool. That's one of the reasons we chose this suite, extra room double Q bed with extra sofa bed livingroom, breakfast included ( it was yummy)”
