“We were in town for a family wedding. The staff was very accommodating with our different requests, late check-ins and assigning us rooms close together. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety.”

“Room was decent but needed updating. Breakfast was first come first serve and items had run out and were not being replenished.”

“Although the interior of the hotel brought me back to the 60s and 70s and 2 of the 3 elevators were down, I had a pretty good stay. The front desk staff (Jesse and Valerie) were very professional, helpful, and did an outstanding job. My room was clean, but the soft, fluffy towels and perfect shower water pressure were the definitely highlight. The breakfast staff and the breakfast were very tasty, hot and delicious. Plenty of parking and overall, I would probably stay there again. ...

“My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Topeka, from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the staff and how they made thing so welcoming, they were professional and extremely helpful. I loved that this hotel was close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions.”

“The sofa bed in our room was broken. The whole frame was bent at the bottom so my kids kept sliding off overnight. breakfast was cold, all of it. We got there right when they opened it. We got a good nights sleep for cheap and that’s why we booked the hotel so none of that was a huge issue. The air conditioning worked, the pool is heated, the staff is friendly. The place needs a little makeover but we got what we paid for minus the bed the kids couldn’t sleep in.”

“Property appears to be in an exterior remodel project. Room was clean, but toilet didn’t flush right and ended up not flushing at all. Even the toilet in lobby area didn’t flush all the way, indicating it may be a property wide issue. It was an ok experience, but definitely not my favorite property and may not be one I would probably choose to go to again. It was pretty clean and staff was great which is why it had more stars than I typically would have given”

“Room was old and dated, cracks in the drywall. Dusty. Didn't smell fresh. Definitely hotel needs up dating. Very disappointed for the price.”

“the staff was friendly and helpful. The property is not very desirable but I have seen much worse. I am beside myself at how much these places can charge for a place to sleep. If it were a decent place, that'd be different. No breakfast or even coffee pot. That was a negative mark for me. ”

“Very strange bathroom. Sink in the room, closet type area for toilet and shower. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Staff was very nice and friendly.”

“Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. ”
