“The room was clean, hotel was clean, breakfast was great and the staff were all very nice and courteous. We were in town for an event at Busch Gardens and due to inclement weather it was canceled on the day we had tickets for but the park would honor them the next day. I spoke with the guy at desk and he spoke with a manager and they were very gracious and allowed us a late check out, it was 2 hours but it helped us tremendously. The only negative thing about our stay was the cell service and wifi are spotty and I couldn't send text messages out unless I got lucky standing next to the window. ”
