“The room was old and dated and the towels were stained. A giant cockroach walked across my room and random people were knocking on the doors. I didn’t feel safe and I was disgusted so I left and found another hotel. The management offered to refund only one night of my booking and I still haven’t received that. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. The online images aren’t accurate and the cost of the room was ridiculous for this roach motel. ”

“For starters, they asked me for a $50 deposit when it’s not even on the site so I did it and when I checked out, they gave me a refund for 4750 on my debit card when I checked my account was on there when I went back today, they took it. The rooms are filthy. The bed look like someone has slept in it and they just made it up it was stained the washcloths and towels are stained. The room wasn’t clean and not to mention the carpet in the bathroom and nail sticking out of it do not go to this...

“Clean, spacious rooms!”

“The bathroom was filled with mold. The room smelled like something went bad in it. Everything was dirty. The floor was sticky. The tub and shower had cracks and was filled with dirt and mildew. Upon asking to change rooms because of how disgusting it was we were told that they were full. Even though it was 10:30 pm and the parking lot had maybe 5 other cars in it. We ended up cancelling our second night we were supposed to stay and got another hotel. ”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”
