“Everything was great”

“Clear room, parking good nicely maintained rooms. They had to shut off water for a repair that too longer than anticipated, but not sure i would fault them for that I would stay there again”

“I can't speak to every guest's experience, but I can speak to how this hotel handled a serious issue involving one of my employees. During her stay, she discovered bedbugs in her room. While the hotel did move her to another room, that was the extent of the support provided. There was no manager on site to address the situation, no one followed up to check on her well-being, and no apology was offered for what is a very stressful experience.
