“The room was clean and comfortable as well as reasonably priced. There weren't a lot of options at the continental breakfast, but it provided what I needed to start my day.”

“I had a great stay overall and would rate this hotel an 8/10. Everything from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the bed and the friendliness of the staff was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the amenities met my expectations. The only issue I ran into was with the TV setup. “Clean room, all the employees were kind! Had no issues and stayed for over a week. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Laundry room was also nice.”

“The trip started with them grilling me about my disability and service animal. I chose Holiday Inn for my trip to Shakopee two weeks later. Not trying to save money again not worth it. ”

“Parking was packed and no sense of direction. Room was clean though. Water park was way over crowded. 20+ mins waiting for a water slide. Tubes for lazy river was very limited. Life guards very unfriendly. Pop machine broke in water park, so had to use bar. Only one bartender so the wait was ridiculous for a pop fill. Overall my rating would be 3/10. I’ve heard great things about great wolf but it was nothing to brag about. Half the arcade games weren’t working. Donut shop didn’t even sell...

“Broken bed, broken door, gross red stain in the room. Manager was said to follow up with Expedia to get refunded and they’d approve it right way. And yet, despite calling Expedia and the hotel themself, no one is picking or following up with me. Despite the broken door and bed being massive safety issue, due to the nature of how they were broken. Absolutely ridiculous situation.”

“The welcoming was friendly, the pool was clean with no strong chlorine smell . The room was clean. There was a dance competition in the area, the girls filled the hotel. The top floor was set aside for the other customers so it was quiet ”

“Stayed for a few days after surgery so they were able to get me a room on the first floor due to no elevators to the second floor. The hotel was quiet and staff were kind. Hot breakfast varied, but was good and not crowded. Hotel was close to anything you needed as well. Was pleased. ”
