“Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again.”

“Avoid at all cost......felt like this was a stash place. Our unit was open with the TV on and bed messed up and someone charging their phone. The next 3 units were not acceptable due to bed sheet stains or not clean and we're told no other units were available but then when we wanted a refund a room became available after the 5th try. Questionable people staying and felt like this place was a stash house or drug row. Felt so dirty staying but I was too tired to drive and the rain was...

“Room and bathroom clean! Staff were very friendly. I left a pillow I always bring with me. Staff called me and I was able to pick it up before I left town. Breakfast was okay. I appreciated tea and fruit/PB/yogurt. Parking was a little tough when I came back from hospital at 10pm.”

“Very nice room. Very clean. The only negative thing was there was no in room coffee and going down to the breakfast room. I found the coffee pot was usually empty and when it did have coffee, the coffee was only lukewarm despite being in a carafe. I will not hesitate to stay here on my next trip to this area”

“Very nice staff although there were stains and holes on some bedding it wasn’t too bad. The rooms were very nice although tv is very limited on channels no more than 10. Parking was very convenient air conditioning very good.”
