“We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western very much. The staff were very nice and the breakfasts were quite tasty. I think our only criticism would be regarding the showers. They need to have to be someting between the shower door and transom to stop the water from flooding the shower area. We had to use several towels to mop up the water after ever shower.
This is a comment for Expedia. I have a service dog and when we schedule a stay at a motel I would like to let them know I will have him...

“The Grand Bohemian is a beautiful hotel in a prime location. It’s within easy walking distance of Falls Park, Main Street, and the Peace Center, and the overall atmosphere is serene and relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bath products were excellent, and the views from the property are stunning.
The biggest disappointment was the check-in experience. Before arriving, I requested a room overlooking the trees and waterfall and never received a response....
