“Rooms - very clean, well maintained, no issues with broken things or rusted out showers etc.
Staff - polite and quiet, when you need help they are all willing to assist. Front desk assistance will ways try and sell you on "extra" stuff thag you do NOT need and you need to be firm when saying no youre not interested.
Pool/Beach - clean, safe, lots of seating (get out early for a chair though because they go quickly). Beach is the reason we come, zero sargasum seaweed because of the net across...

“Our family just returned from an incredible stay at this all-inclusive resort in Mexico, and it was easily one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. We traveled as a group of 11—adults and kids—and everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The staff truly made the trip special with their attentiveness and kindness.

“They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back.

“Rooms are overall nice, just a little scuffed in places but not bad. Food in the restaurant is excellent. Get the tuna tostadas!
Having the snorkeling area right there is great. Would recommend bringing your own gear, though - the dive shop nearby has old equipment that's in bad shape and overcharges you for it. Not the hotel's fault, but wanted to mention so others are aware. ”
