We went January 2026.
I know the resort is more expensive than the average so I’ll give you pros and cons from us (family of 4, with 2 kids 6 and 8).
Pros: Cleanest resort we have been to by far.
Service was excellent. It was also VERY quiet when we went though so didn't have to fight over chairs etc. (not sure if you even have to here?)
Lots of entertainment options for littles, waterpark is super fun!
Downsides (IMO) - The water park (aqua nick), main lobby building and hotel are all separate. So you have to shuttle to everything. (Like... through a forest. Not walkable with little ones) We understand why (people there can go to the water park for the day and other resorts come for the day, so for safety they keep hotel separate). However, we did wish at least the main building was close because we skipped night events sometimes because we didn't feel like waiting in line for a shuttle to get there. Nothing happens at the hotel building. There are still wonderful restaurants etc in hotel building but otherwise... it was kinda boring there. (again... for us. We like night parties etc)
Also It’s NOT a beach resort if you like beaches. They do their best with up-keep but it is a small beach area.
