B&B a Zona costiera della Virginia

“Very nice B&B, warm and inviting. Comfortable bed.”

“Amazing little oasis! Unique home, with cool decor. Missun and Dave are so kinda and welcoming which made us feel so comfortable. You can tell they are loved because all the guests there are now regulars that keep coming back.”

“Excellent B&B close to campus.”

“I had a nice stay at Barclay Cottage Inn overall. The property was clean, reasonably priced, and conveniently located near the beach. The service was also good, and I had a pleasant experience with the staff. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I realize the property describes it as a continental breakfast, so I may have had different expectations based on some of the breakfast photos I saw online. The breakfast offered during my stay was fairly limited: bagels with cream cheese or...

“It was very quiet and comfortable! The Innkeeper accommodated personal needs in her preparation and serving of her great breakfasts. Everything was clean and well kept. She gave helpful suggestions for activities and places to eat. Very nice place!”

“One word- cockroach. I went to bed around 11:00PM, and I looked up at the ceiling to a bug I had never seen before. I texted my daughter a pic and asked her what it was. It was a cockroach. She said VA was known to have a problem with them. I stood on the bed and banged a book against it, and it fell. I took another picture, to make sure I had identified it. I only stayed one night, and hardly slept at all. I found out that the contact info that the owner shared with me was only texting, when I...

“We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

“We loved our stay! The inn is exactly as pictured. The balcony was perfect as we watched the thunder clouds roll in and watched it rain, it was so relaxing. The inn is located close to everything the town could offer, with less than a 5 minute walk straight into the ocean. There is only about 6 parking spots for the whole Inn, we didn't have any issues with parking but I'm sure during peak season or if the Inn is sold out it could be an inconvenience. The bed was comfortable, the half bathroom...

“Fantastic location. Great breakfast. Very gracious hosts.”

“This beautiful home was build with love and we were made to feel like family. Every inch of the house has been put together with thought and is clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was prepared for us on our schedule and was delicious. I would go out of my way to stay here again!”

“Beautiful Inn! Beautiful staff, so friendly and supportive to our every need while traveling. Breakfast was outstanding! Parking was a Must-Have and it is free! Beautiful courtyard where we sat out with wine. Lovely restaurants with live music nearby. 10+ But-We are from out of state and did not understand the busyness and crowd noise level we encountered on a weekend evening on Caroline Street. We stayed a TH and a Friday night in a room facing Caroline street on 2nd floor. TH was ok with...
