“hotel not at Hilton grade, furniture old, no USB availables, room pretty quite as requested. Unluckily also aircotioning system was very old and noisy (it was not possible to stop it). There are better hotels probably at highest cost.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
