“Hotel was easy to find, lobby has a nice entrance. Check-in was easy (although my Hilton Honors wasn’t working). Zoey was kind enough to check in to make sure I had everything I needed. My only negative was a host named James who never had a smile on his face or greeted anyone. ”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
