The front desk person at checkin did not explain the parking arrangement nor did she mention details about breakfast or other hotel amenities. Overall, the stay was OK but I’ve had better experience at other Marriott properties.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“Definitely an older hotel, and it shows. Don’t trust the price that they have listed, because they’re gonna hit you for another $25 for self parking. The sad part is they have their own parking garage and there’s plenty of room, so there’s literally no need to charge for parking except for overcharging customers for your room.. The staff was nice.
