“Pool is amazing as it looks in the picture. Great location right in the center of Downtown, very walkable to everything. Valet guys were all so friendly and professional. We took advantage of their free car service every day where they dropped us off and picked us up all over town. Front desk people were great, free wine upon arrival, cookies in the lobby daily. I loved that the bar/restaurant were open until 12am when everything else closed at 10pm across town, it kept us fed on the late...

“This is our 4th time staying there. Always convenient when you have things to do at UT. We didn't get the VIP perk this time for some reasons. Also there are construction activities happening next to the hotel as it is the case throughout the city these days. So can be annoying particularly if you use the parking garage or the room is located on that side of the building. Other than that our stay was as usual great. Friendly staff and housekeeping on point.”
