“The lobby smelled like dogs. There was always a 10 -20 wait to speak to someone at the front desk. The first room, the TV didn't work, and the work desk staff told me to push a few buttons in a sequence on the remote to get it to work. That didn't work. The second room, the remote didn't work, and the TV was stuck on a channel at a super loud volume when we walked into the room. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to just turn the TV off. The room was clean but had an old, dusty stench.”

“Understaffed at the front desk. Valet parking is $35/day, just park at the garage next door. There was black mold in the room, there was no apology, they just gave me a new room as if they expected it.”

“The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...

“Customer service was excellent. Hotel was at a safe and prime location close to many amenities, shopping in particular. Staff was very helpful with anything that was required including a tiny safe issue. Over all highly recommended”

“La amabilidad del personal es muy buena. El servicio de los elevadores es muy bueno. Lo malo es el estado del cuarto y sobre todo el baño. Los WC son modelos de 1950 para personas de corta estatura y aunque han remodelado los baños, los WC son arcaicos. El personal de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. No funcionaba la caja fuerte de mi cuarto cuando llegamos y lo reporté inmediatamente a las 8 PM. Me dijeron que mandarían a alguien y hasta las 10, nadie llegó. Puse el letrero de "no molestar"...
