“As a Hilton property I’m shocked. This is a large 8 story hotel and the problems start at the front door. It’s just about summer, the Lobby entrance has large planters outside that are void of plantings and choked with weeds. The area around the lobby elevators is shabby and tired. The elevators looked ragged out. There was a used / stained coffee Cup outside our room in the hall on Sunday when checking in, and it stayed there until Tuesday Evening. The Windows to the building were filthy...

“Our room was not ready upon check-in. No linens were left for sofa bed. The shampoo and soaps, and towels were not appropriate for 3 people or even 2. Though we asked for room cleaning it was not provided on either day of our 3 night stay. Staff was sorry on being updated, but did not correct problems”
