“Personale alla reception eccezionale. Ci hanno dato una camera con due letti per farci stare comodi(eravamo in tre) nonostante avessimo prenotato una con un solo king size. Davvero meritevoli di elogio.”

“I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected.”

“Very clean room and tidy. Hotel in general had a clean and serene experience. Really loved the staff at front desk. Polite and kind!”

“The property is ungoing renovation. We were given a renovated room so the decors and furnitures are new. The room is spacious and has a fridge and coffee maker. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby and warm cookies at check-in. However, areas around the main entrance give a poor first impression - algeas on the exterior walls, flower pots full of weeds, and dirty luggage carts. These things could've been easily addressed. Breakfast buffet was decent.”

“Everything was great the staff was very accommodating. Only complaint would be that the breakfast could have been better. Clean place and the beds were very comfortable.”

“Breakfast was good rooms not what they look like online. Very small. Bathroom had curtain one online nice glass door mirror and was super small. Have reservations this month again there and I regret making them after staying there. Not impressed”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“Nice place I stay there often but sadly manangement increases prices when events are going on so hard to stay there. Staying there over 13 years. Never given any perks upgrades etc any time I have been there. But I always enjoy it there and close to downtown”
