“When going to dinner high pressure upselling of bottles of wine.I didn’t like that the balcony was not private there was a barrier between them but you could see the other people on their balcony. The room was ok the toilet area is not private it has glass walls everything echoed in the bathroom. The room service food was not fresh the fruit seemed to be sitting out long blueberries had mold. “This all inclusive hotel exceeded my expectations- the food and restaurant offerings were great and everything we ordered was delicious. The property was spotless and even though the red seaweed was washing up at the beach the staff worked all day to keep it cleaned up so we could enjoy the ocean. The only negative I would say is there were not enough lounge chairs at the pools- people threw towels down before 8 am and there was nowhere to sit.
