“This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there.”

“La habitacion era amplia y bien amueblada.El baño estaba muy limpio.Las areas comunes del hotel eran agradables y espaciosas. El desayuno era correcto. El personal fue atento.”

“A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. ”

“Our room was gross. Bugs on the window sill, mold on the light shades, something sticky on the phone and on the counter tops. I highly doubt it was cleaned... Would not book here. We didn't stay the night.”

“Place was dirty and smelled like cigarettes in the halls and elevators. Shower curtain had a 8 inch hole in it as well as the shower tub being very visibly dirt and there were crumbs on the nightstand from previous person”

“Motel molto carino, personale gentile e accogliente. Unica cosa negativa il WiFi a pagamento e la mancanza della dropbox key. Dovevamo partire alle 6 di mattina e la reception era chiusa così abbiamo dovuto telefonare e perdere mezz'ora sul nostro itinerario. Per il resto motel molto bello, camera pulita spaziosa. ”

“We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes.”

“Enjoyable stay . Great location. Friendly staff . The only way to improve would be the breakfast menu needs a vegan option like oatmeal or grits !( Not the instant variety. )”

“Pros: Clean and large room/ easy to adjust thermostat/ clean and safe elevator/ breakfast was decent/ quiet at night even with a pre-teen girl party down the hall/ bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries and hairdryer/ location is great for visiting local wineries Cons: TV did not work at first and clerk couldn't help- I had to trouble-shoot it myself, which required climbing up behind it and unplugging and plugging various components/ There was only one evening desk clerk for a full hotel”
