“Property is doing some renovations however they were not very disruptive- always good to have places keeping their property updated! Only issue we had wad Air Conditioner in the room was a bit loud”

“Ice machine on our floor was out of order, then found 2 other similar ice machines on other floors there were also not working. Had to go to the lobby each time for ice. No available drinking water or fountain in the lobby and had to ask for the breakfast room to be opened so we could use the sink to get water there. No housekeeping services for our 2-night stay and had to ask for clean towels. Front office staff nice and genuinely cared though bringing us clean towels himself.”

“It was in a great location! Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗”

“When I checked in at 5:30pm there was no hot water in the entire hotel. There was a letter that clearly stated they would give full refunds, but the front desk clerk kept saying the water would be on by 7pm and refused to refund my money. The water was still not on by 10AM the next morning. Do not keep any valuables in your vehicle or in your room when not there. This place is basically a long-term shelter for unhoused people. Spend an extra $50 per night and stay at an actual hotel.”

“We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.”

“Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start.”

“Out toilet seat was broken, no mat to put on the floor after showering, the shade was broken so our room was in permenant black out with minimal lamps to turn on. The breakfast was great with potatoes, egg and cheese omelets, sausage, cereals and pastries, yogurt, hot drinks and fruit. Comfortable beds and pillows with fluffy comforters. Very bare bones rooms and decorating. It needed repairs”

“Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there.”

“The property was clean and rooms were clean. The manager seemed nice. The pool was closed the first night which was a very big disappointment since that was the main reason we picked this hotel (and the waffle maker). The next 2 nights the chlorine level was so high we couldn't stand to be in the water more than about 15-20 minutes because it burned our eyes so bad. The breakfast was okay, all processed food. “We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was terrible. Only fruit was a few apples that was never touched and the cereal was stale! Ice machine didn't work or the vending machine to get a water or soda so we went to the gas station next door. Should put a elevator in going up flights of stairs with luggage was not easy.”
