“Hotel & room were super clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. Great breakfast, easy lot to park in.”

“The room was filthy. We asked for clean sheets and towels and they were never provided. The toilet did not work.”

“Definitely run down. The Lobby gives a false impression. The hotel doors were dusty, not even sure how you manage that. The phone looked so gross, I wouldn’t touch it. The shower faucets were hard to turn and they were leaking when we walked in. It’s obvious no one has cleaned the shower grout or head. The pool area is run down, several parts of the carpet are duct taped together. Thank god we only stayed one night”

“Breakfast was good but the hotel staff was very miser in restocking the breakfast items. At 7:30 am, i.e. almost the beginning of the breakfast time, there were only 4 mini muffins, 3 yogurts cups, 2 or 3 bagels and were never restocked, the hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage and ham was being restocked though. I think the person handling the breakfast areas should be more observant about the customer needs.”

“The room and lobby area was impressively clean. I didn't wake up early enough for the included breakfast. This was not a problem for us as we are deep sleepers, but for someone who is not, they may want to request a room furthest from the express way. Highway traffic noise was not avoidable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!”

“Got there at 1030 after a late flight. Upon arriving the front desk clerk argued with me for 30 minutes that I had already checked in. Come to find out he had checked in the wrong family and gave my room to them. And then said they were “sold out”. I asked numerous times if he checked that persons ID and he said he was pretty sure he did and that it was my name. Fortunately it was someone we know so we were able to finally get it switched out.
