Il personale è gentilissimo, la ragazza della reception che ci ha accolto e che si è occupata di noi per tutta la vacanza e’ stata molto disponibile e professionale. Molto gradite le bottigliette d’acqua gratuite donateci all’arrivo e il deposito bagagli gratuito (noi ne abbiamo usufruito). Molto carina anche l’idea del caffè e dei muffin di benvenuto disponibili ogni mattina dalle 7.00 alle 9.00 in reception in sostituzione...

“Posizione ottima, stanza dignitosa e pulita. Un po rumorosa per via delle finestre piuttosto sottili (il jazz club al piano terra non è un problema perché non suonano più a partire dalle 23). Non aspettatevi particolari servizi, anche la colazione inclusa sarebbe sufficiente (toast caffè e succo), ma a partire dalle 9.30. Se si stratta di un soggiorno di un paio di giorni può andare bene visto il prezzo alto, ma molto inferiore se paragonato ad altre sistemazioni della città ”

“I wanted to take a moment to share the fantastic experience at INFIVILLA Harbour Toronto. For the location, the price absolutely can't be beat! We were just there for a weekend and we didn't need any extras but the minimum we got was pretty amazing :D The bed was ridiculously comfortable too! Would definitely recommend.”

"We stayed at this large hotel located right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Our upgraded room—one of the superior rooms with two comfortable double beds—was clean, spacious, and pleasant. Originally, we had booked a room with a single double bed, but upon check-in, we found a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor. Aside from that issue, we were quite satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering the location and service."
