“It was terrible!!!
Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!!
Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!!
We waited two hours have no one call us back !!!
At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!!
We need our MONEY BACK ”

“Whole hotel needs an update, room carpet dirty, bathroom dirty. Wanted id when we arrived wasn’t told that when booked online with Expedia. But I don’t carry id so excepted the email confirmation when booked. Bed was hard, uncomfortable but for 1 night was ok! Noise from the road kept us awake and a blue light shining into our room all night from the hotel next door. We left at 7am due to lack of sleep. Beach close by and shops. ”

“Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location.
We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast.
At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website.”

“ Needed somewhere close by the O2 venue. It is 2 minutes away!!! Reasonable price. Clean & tidy. Helpful manager. The decor is older but in good order. Perfect for my need. No brainer if you are there for a gig...!”
