“The pool and hot tub are nice, but the towels are not stocked consistently. There's usually no towels. The floor of our room was extremely filthy when we arrived. They did clean the floor after I brought it to their attention. The facility has some updates but not everything. Our room had a new sink, but the shower was dated and had mold in the tiles. There is not complimentary coffee in the lobby and the vending machines have a poor selection. This hotel is not expensive so it's good in a...

“Hotel was horrible. We had 2 rooms...A/C did not work in either room and had to agrue with staff to get another room.. then they said they only had 1 room available to move to. We asked if we could at least get a fan for the other room and was told they didnt have any fans. We went back downstairs to complain and the employees had a fan blowing on them. I asked if we could have that fan and was told it was for them. I said so paying customers cant have a fan, but y'all can?
