“There was wall patch debris on the bathroom floor where they patched a hole where the hair dryer should have been. There was no hair dryer provided. There was no security lock on the entry door. The curtain on the window was so sheer you could see the second floor railing thru it , so no feeling of privacy or security , and no room darkening at all. I am a night shift worker and sleep in the daytime. I got no sleep. I spoke to the staff who were not helpful. There were other people in front of...

“Nothing was said about a requirement to be 21 to check in to the hotel, regardless of military affiliation. They would not even begin to give me the benefit of the doubt, and on top of that, they did not issue me a full refund. The building is old, and when I walked in, it smelled like marijuana. Highly recommend staying elsewhere.”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”
