“I’ll start with the 1 positive: the motel is close to downtown and the surrounding area is very walkable and newly redeveloped. We walked to a couple meals and really enjoyed them. HOWEVER… this was one of the filthiest, most dilapidated properties we’ve ever allowed ourselves to stay in. From the driveunder to the entryway to the front desk to the elevator to the hallways to the door, we became increasingly depressed that we’d be stuck here for the next 2 nights.
