“Terell was kind, professional and accommodating on every level. She provided me with local info, door to door assistance with my bag and answered all my questions about the hotel chain. She is knowledgeable and a great asset to your hotel chain. You are fortunate to have such a seasoned employee who has like ability and provides excellent customer service. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. ”

“Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, nice big rooms, super comfortable. The only bad review i would give is one evwning we had dinner in the hotel and had to wait an hour to be served because they had only one server and cook. I think additional staff should be hired for busy times. Otherwise an excellent stay and we will be back. ”

“Great pool and facilities. The staff was friendly, but there were two really loud staff members in the back clearly not working and being extremely loud during check out. The rooms are clean mostly, but a little dusty in places and found some items hidden behind the curtain in the living room. Overall, would stay again. ”

“ The property was clean and very quiet, which I truly appreciated. However, one aspect of the stay left me feeling disappointed. I had booked the vacation for myself and two other family members and their families. I paid extra for a 2-bedroom unit, while they each booked 1-bedroom units. Upon arrival, I was informed that both of my family members had been upgraded to 2-bedroom units—one of which was significantly larger than the unit I had originally paid extra for. While I understand upgrades...

“It was great overall! I had trouble finding a working ice machine - literally went to like every floor before asking the front desk. That was really the only problem I had. Pool was decent, gym was kind of small but had the essentials. The attached restaurant was delicious and the servers were super nice!”
