“This was my first time staying at the Hilton Vacation Club, and it was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly; it was a very private area, super safe, clean, and beautiful. Everything is incredibly convenient; you can simply text a number if you need more towels. Each "room" is basically an entire apartment in which you get to yourself. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite for free upon arrival. Checkout is also super easy; just drop your keys in the box on the way out the gate. Would...

“Lovely well equipped place. Beautiful view and great restaurant downstairs. For some reason the shower didn’t have much hot water, although taps did. Management said they would look at it. ”

“This resort charges you for EVERYTHING. Most hotels give you a cheap little toothbrush if you forget yours- not Kingsmill. They charged me $5 for a mini toothpaste packet (single use) and a toothbrush.”

“The room was fine except for three maintenance issues which I passed along when I checked. Special note must be given for the complimentary breakfast: maybe the best I have had at a popular motel chain property. And the hostess stayed right there to assure everything went well. ”

“Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers.”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“Pleased with the room. The location was great because you can walk to WALGREENS if needed or go across the street to Walmart. I found this location ideal for easy access to the places a traveler might need in a pinch.”

“Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.”

“Pros: The staff were excellent and very friendly! Cons: The pool was closed for the entire duration of our stay for unknown reasons. The bathroom (specifically around the toilet area) was not as clean as I would have expected. The couch in our room had suspicious-looking stains on it and none of us dared to sit on it.”
