“My room flooded from water pouring into my bathroom while I was gone from the lights. I had option to leave only and was there for 1 week for my son's wedding. Entire bottom floor carpet was flooded as well from another broken pipe.”

“This place in run down and in disrepair. I didn't expect the Four Seasons but for $500 a night I thought the place would be acceptable. The rooms were clean enough but the furnishings were old and some were broken. Don't expect housekeeping unless you pay extra. The photos of the hotel don't truthfully reflect what the property actually looks like.”

“La Quinta informed all the guest when they checked they charge everyone $10.00 a day for parking! It was not on the website, or anywhere! It,s maintenance it lacking. I could go on for another 1300 characters but way make a book out of this horror story. So needless to say, Get a room at a homeless shelter you will be better off. So good luck at this place in Costa Mesa, harbor blvd and 405 freeway. D from Big Bear Lake.”
